When given a long password (threshold is somewhere between 27 and 32 characters), the Windows agent instead sends a blank password in the HTTP header. I believe that the configuration parser is truncating the encrypted password string in the config file, rendering it unintelligible and returning an empty string.
This does not affect the Linux agent.
