   M-x emacs-Q-nxhtml

but I do not think it will work for you at the moment since nxhtmltest-run-Q does not work. Let us try to find out what is wrong there first.

Can you tell me what

  C-h v exec-directory

gives? Is your emacs executable there? What is the name of it?
