Hi Peter,

Sorry, I had been assuming you knew about it.

There's no schema, so I'm attaching an example. You can open
it in any editor.

In any case, I'll be looking at your request in the light of the
existing format. Where a parameter is always or usually needed
in order to run a specific assembly, then I think that parameter
belongs in the project file. Where it's something that might
vary from run to run, then it should probably be elsewhere.
