This is a planned feature for NUnit 3.0 - see https://blueprints.launchpad.net/nunit-3.0/+spec/silverlight-3.0-build. (We'll update this to support Silverlight 4.0 as well)
We won't be adding a Silverlight framework build to NUnit 2.x, but 2.6 will support use of the 2.0 framework.
