Actually I created exactly the .Trash directory in the topdir of the /data partition:

drwxrwxrwt 2 root root 4096 jan 13 00:01 .Trash

But still it doesn't work. Even if I created a 1000 directory as the user or a .Trash-1000 with the right user permissions. Still the home-trash is used.
