Comment 32 for bug 688576

Didnt test with NFS. I tested with a local partition(the original report seems to refer to local partitions).

I had the same problem (when deleting on a different partition it would stay alot simply moving files between partitions) and came across this bug report. I fixed my problem by setting the mout options to "noexec,nodev,user,nosuid,async" On the "data" partition that i have.

I cannot test this on NFS though..
