When doing a shutdown of instance from Horizon, and then `docker stop` and then `docker start` on:
- nova_ssh
- nova_compute
- nova_libvirt

`$ virsh secret-list` shows that the volume secret is gone:

UUID Usage
xxxxxxxxx ceph client.cinder secret
zzzzzzzzz ceph client.nova secret
