For the libvirt portion:
- testing of the issue of this bug itself - done
- in & cross version migration tests - done
- upgrade tests - done
- general QA regression testing - done

That said verification (for the yakkety-libvirt portion, not Nova) - done.

P.S. James will also add a statement once he could check his Tempest.
Especially to see if the rbd auth now works - that is bug 1672367 which is bundled in here.

@James - I'd consider all else done, would you set the "final" verification-done tag then?
