Comment 1 for bug 1555320

Added a debug patch to trace the incorrect error logs at gates. Here is the review url : https://review.openstack.org/#/c/298099/
Some test cases are failed for debug patch. but I don't think that are relevant to this problem. I think the failure is only because of the code snippet I have added. Any more suggestions to reproduce this problem would be helpful. Thanks in advance.
