Using this documentation I created Openstack unfortunately I gets an error when creating a new instance using Horizon.

If I am wrong I apologize but it seems to me that the address mentioned should be different as:
"http://controller:5000/" or "http://controller:5000/v3/"

In every place in this Guide is http and port 5000 for keystone hence I do not understand why it is different here.
