我也遇到了同样的问题，在openstack的web界面创建实例，出现了此类问题，只是class后面的报错不同。“Unexpected API Error. Please report this at http:/bugs.launchpad.net/nova/ and attach the Nova API log if possible<class 'amqp.exceptions.AccessRefused'>(HTTP 500)(Request-ID: req-156b83d6-cf25-4e19-84fe-e04a7ab9cd3f)”
