Comment 0 for bug 2035368

Nova has the possibility of individually setting debug mode for cinder related libraries (cinderclient and os-brick) and for glanceclient using their respective configuration sections and setting `debug = true` regardless of the default debug setting.

Unfortunately these options don't work as expected and have no effect.
