Thank you so much for the help. I started to support an OpenStack implementation in Mexico since 9 months ago, and I don't understand all the organization of the community; I will try your advices.
Also, which should be the correct place for this kind of "issue"? I commented the same in the IRC channel, but this is the unique answer I got.
