Comment 5 for bug 2008716

I'm setting this to Incomplete based on the fact that 1) I was not able to reproduce the issue using what I understood from the 'Steps to reproduce' shown in the bug report and 2) upgrade CI jobs such as nova-grenade-multinode on the stable/yoga branch which perform upgrades from Xena to Yoga are passing and successfully executing upgrades.

There must be more going on here and I'm not sure whether it's related to Nova itself. If there is more information you can provide to help us reproduce this, please add another comment.
