Hi Silvain,
Thanks for reaching out on this. I installed/upgraded Xena from the Ubuntu UCA for 20.04.

Oslo policy is used in version 3.11.0 accordingly. Meanwhile I removed all deprecated policy elements from the default file after oslopolicy-validator complained about potential cyclical references. The error messages which indicate loops in policy processing disappeared. However, according to the yoga nova release notes, working default policy files from Xena should continue to do - which they don’t for nova in my case ….
