Comment 10 for bug 1957939

I dug a bit around in the wallaby code for changes regarding resize revert and it seems that the following change is responsible for this bug [1]

After I reverted this change in wallaby (23.2.1) in our test environment the problem completely disappeared and all resize reverts are working again.

I cant explain what exactly is going on but maybe some nova developer understands whats happening here with this change and why this breaks resize reverts.
