This seems to be an issue with the docs tools. If I read the documentation correctly, the command to regenerate the config options would be

./autohelp-wrapper -b stable/ocata update nova

but that installs the latest libraries and not the ones from upper-requirements.txt for stable/ocata, in particular I get oslo.log==3.34.0 instead of 3.20.1.

Probably as a consequence of this, the run fails, see http://paste.openstack.org/show/626914/ for a traceback.
