Reading the above, I wanted to take advantage of removing the -t option, and using non-US keyboards. However it turns out that in our Ussuri installation on Bionic, we still get novnc 1:0.4+dfsg+1+20131010+gitf68af8af3d-7.

Would it not be a good idea to have version >= 1.0.0 in the Ubuntu Cloud Archive?
