I'm going to say we're not going to fix this in the flavors API to filter by name. I don't honestly see a reason to support filtering 1000+ flavors by name which requires the API change (with a microversion) to do this properly, when you can just use the flavor id that was provided when creating the flavor to pass on the boot CLI.
