    Hyper-V: Sets *DataRoot paths for instances

    Sets the path for the instance's ConfigurationDataRoot,
    LogDataRoot, SnapshotDataRoot, SuspendDataRoot and
    SwapFileDataRoot for vmutilsv2 instances and
    ExternalDataRoot and SnapshotDataRoot for vmutils
    to the instance's location.
