thanks. now we found , as boli sadi, hypervisor see only one pci device, this is wired:

1. to verify libvirt works fine, you need run:
vish nodedevs-list

lspci | grep PCI

and keep the pci address when you put the output here.

2. another thing about your env is the VM's extra spec, cause the VM already request the 2 new PCI device when try to recover compute node. so what's you configuration steps to do this?
