Comment 33 for bug 1298640

After adding the nova notification changes to all the neutron.conf files (controller, network and compute) I am able to successfully boot instances as well - thanks to all the folks who helped.

I am still having some connectivity issues where dhcp requests from the compute nodes are not reaching the network node. I see my bootp requests coming out of br-eth1 on the compute node, but I don't see them coming back up on the br-eth1 node on the network node. Will keep this list posted on what I find out.
