Thank you Andrew, patches are passing tests on Havana and master (beside a seemingly unrelated test: nova.tests.virt.libvirt.test_libvirt.LibvirtConnTestCase.test_get_domain_info_with_more_return)

If core could approve it today I'll send the pre-OSSA with a disclosure date at:
