@Andrew Laski, Could you please attach another patch for Havana ?
The current one in comment #9 does apply to stable/havana but tests are failing, I think we are missing some import:

NameError: global name 'extensions' is not defined in nova/api/ec2/cloud.py
NameError: global name 'common_policy' is not defined in nova/tests/
