Comment 17 for bug 1284733

To me it looks like the conversion that happens in disk:api:_inject_metadata_into_fs should have been removed when object_compat in compute manager was unwrapping the metadata. Xen would also get the metadata after the object_compat converts it, so IMHO it might not break Xen.
