Need change instance's property updated_at when attach/detach volume

The updated_at value of each instance is changed after any operation performed on the VM. This timestamp value does not get changed after an attach and detach volume operation.

From the user's perspective through the API, they have made a change to the instance's configuration. In that case, it makes sense to expect that the updated_at field gets changed.
