No handler for NFS volume

I've configured Cinder to use NFS as the storage backend. When trying to attach a volume to an instance, nova-compute fails and gives the following error:

NFS volume driver is already implemented (nova/virt/libvirt/volume_nfs.py) but not added to the libvirt volume driver list causing this error.

Yes, this bug also affects Folsom.
You should be affected by/interested in bug #1087282 as well.
