Thanks for following up, Naveen. The information in that attachment was exactly what we needed.
The bug you're seeing is way deep down in Nova (and has nothing to do with Horizon or novaclient) so I'm adding Nova to this bug report, but closing it for Horizon. Hopefully they can follow up with you to see if this is a known issue or a new one.
