We discussed this via email and the issue was clarified: nikki.sh is not set to be an executable.
I cannot reproduce this on Arch Linux 32bit. Both 32bit and 64bit archives contain +x nikki.sh files.
Perhaps cptNightrain's archiving utility has a "security feature" that removes executable permissions from extracted files (pure speculation)?
