I think that sunwcsl/hardy should depends on libnss3-0d, libnss3-1d and libnspr4-0d, not on libnss3 and libnspr4. (Ubuntu Hardy haven't had libnss3 nor libnspr4 in the archive.)
To build some other packages which require libnspr4-dev or libnns3-dev, please fix this.
