Once installed on hard drive, I think the right & permanent solution is
to go edit /platform/i86pc/boot/solaris/bootenv.rc to change the default
for atapi-cd-dma-enabled from 1 to 0.

Once installed on hard drive, I think the right & permanent solution is i86pc/boot/ solaris/ bootenv. rc to change the default dma-enabled from 1 to 0.
