Hello Rodolfo:

As the description of the bug report [1], race condition happens when the new network (or a subnet) is created.
However, this issue happens even though there is no network creation while creating a router. In the test I did earlier, I had left the router #1 remains, and created and deleted router #2, 3, 4 repeatedly, error occured as well.
