Sure, I understand. What's puzzling, though, is that the gateway node is responding as the subnet gateway IP (192.168.208.1) despite the network/subnet not being attached to a Neutron router. I guess I would've expected the source IP to be something from the allocation pool (like prior DHCP namespace IP was). Fixed IP 192.168.208.1 does not exist as a Neutron port.
