Hi Bryan, thanks for the info. Yes this could be some race condition between Neutron and OVN DBs. I am curious if running neutron_ovn_db_sync_util.py [1] have the same effect as your workaround script. Running neutron_db_sync_util is also just a hack so we will need more proper solution. Sorry I have not gotten to the root cause of this problem yet.
