@Slawek, I tried pinging the reviewers you mentioned (multiple times, using Gerrit and via email), but was unable to get a response. Please tell me if there is another channel that I'm not aware of...

I also see a very similar proposal (https://review.opendev.org/#/c/679715/) that has already been abandoned.

I'm still here and willing to work on this. The spec is still not fully complete and waiting for review, but there is a PoC implementation that runs in Devstack and can be evaluated. If the Neutron drivers team is still interested in this contribution, I can update/rebase and resume the discussion.
