Hello Anton:
Please, check [1]. The first section is the list of flows with one VM running. Then I stopped (not deleted) the VM using OpenStack CLI. The second section is the list of flows with the VM halted.
I tested several times, spawning up to 5 VMs, stopping, starting and deleting the VMs and I don't see staled flows on br-int. All flows related to a port, once is deleted, are removed from the bridge.
