Nate: Do you think DPDK contibutes to this error condition? I'm trying to reproduce it in a non-DPDK environment (devstack, vm with trunk port rebooted in an infinite loop). If I manage to catch the same error messages that will remove DPDK from the moving parts. But if I don't see those error message unfortunately my test then proves nothing.
