Just to make sure that it doesn't get lost in the long history:
Per network would not accomodate my use case of having tenant networks mixing private IPv4 addresses, nat-ted towards the outside, with publically routed IPv6 addresses.
Btw. has someone already volunteered to do the implementation? I could help with testing and reviewing, but I think I'd struggle to get the database part done properly.
