Such warning should be added in OpenStack client (if should be added at all).
Personally I don't think that it could be useful/necessary. Operator should read documentation and know about such limitations.
If this should be done in OSC then You should open bug report in storyboard (https://storyboard.openstack.org) instead of launchpad.
