Unit test neutron.tests.unit.objects.test_ports.PortBindingLevelDbObjectTestCase. test_get_objects_queries_constant fails often

Since some time we have quite often issue with unit test neutron.tests.unit.objects.test_ports.PortBindingLevelDbObjectTestCase .test_get_objects_queries_constant

It happens also for periodic jobs. Examples of failures from last week:

    Mark unit test test_get_objects_queries_constant as unstable

    This test is failing a lot in our check and gate queues.
    It's reported in [1].
    To make life easier, this test will be marked as unstable
    until [1] will be fixed.

The test (neutron.tests.unit.objects.test_base.BaseDbObjectTestCase.test_get_objects_queries_constant) is still unstable, but my query haven't found failure of the test.
I close this now but feel free to reopen it if you encounter this issue
