But the funny part is mine is not a busy environment. I have 3 ctrls and 5 compute nodes. When i try to launch a vm it may fail. But if i restart the dhcp agents while a vm spawns , then the port gets DHCP provisining completed.
I think there is a problem with network cache in my case.
Can any one explain how does network cache works in the agent case?
