Comment 3 for bug 1737892

So after more digging locally I found that my previous comments were wrong. It happen sometimes even without high load.
From logs I can see that both queue and qos rows should be deleted from ovs but they aren't. For now I don't have anything else but it looks that it's not bug in tests but rather in production code
