Comment 96 for bug 1596075

I'm not 100% sure this is solved, but ok.
It sometimes still fails on create.
it sometimes still fails on delete.
it sometimes passes the delete, but leaves some things behind.

is a network left behind. The attached logs in logs-16-10-02-16:58:23.tar.gz show both the failures on stack create, and then the success on stack delete that left this.
