Tristan mentioned it could a duplicated, and indeed it might be.
If the underlying root cause is that we fail to apply the baseline DENY ALL security rule in the v6 case, then the extent of this issue might go well beyond DOS, and therefore should be granted an OSSA.
I think in the other bug report Brian Haley mentioned that he will do some tests to repro the issue and therefore I'd wait for his results before making a call on this bug.
