The IPv6 networking guide calls out RFC 4941 privacy extensions as being not supported. With only ICMP being permitted from privacy addresses is it really a regression because Microsoft tries to provide an automated network diagnostic? I don't think it is worth while permitted source IP spoofing to improve the automated error text provided my Microsoft's products.
