Comment 41 for bug 1491131

I'm not completely sure. There are basically 3 bugs in one and I'm not sure which have been addressed over the last few cycles. The infinite loop should be gone. I vaguely recall the one about non-existent sets being referenced by iptables being addressed, but I can't be sure.

I suppose mark as incomplete makes sense for now and we can always re-open if someone can get some reproductions.
