It looks like this error has multiple sources, which will have to be dealt with.

The first suspicious thing I'm seeing is signatures like the following: http://pastebin.com/PHnkYPRC - at which point the test tries to reach the floating ip address (172.24.5.161) and gives up after 16 tries.
