Comment 2 for bug 1314534

"neutron.agent.dhcp_agent.DhcpPluginApi.get_dhcp_port()" used to be used in "neutron.agent.linux.dhcp.DeviceManager.update()", but after this patch's merge(https://review.openstack.org/#/c/79282/4), we can delete it.
