* would just say "Versions: 2013.1 to 2013.2.3, and 2014.1" (since 2014.1 is the only "2014.1 version" that will be affected)
* reported a vulnerability in Neutron security *groups*
* I would say "bypass" rather than DoS, since it allows to evade security groups rather than deny service.
