Jobs affected: 10 (some jobs hit the failure multiple times, in this case there is a common root, like metadata not working)
The count excludes the always-failing heat job (not a neutron issue), and includes the newly introduced full job.
Compared with 10 days ago:
Hits in 24 hours: 14 down from 29 (~52% reduction)
Excluding the full job it would 6 failures only (~80% reduction)
